- What are your hourly rates and travel cost?
Please contact us for labour rates.
- How can you keep me informed of any specials or new dental products you may have?
You can subscribe to our mailing list and we will send regular updates on products as we receive them from our manufacturers.
- What payment options do you offer and what are the terms?
Customers can pay with Master Card, Visa and by Cheque. Credit card payments are subjected to a 3% service charge. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Payments submitted after 30 days are subject to a 1.5% interest fee.
- What type of warranty do you offer on your service calls?
Warranty on service calls are 30 days on parts only. Unfortunately, we do not offer warranties on any replacement bulbs.
- What type of warranty do you have on new equipment?
Warranties on new equipment are covered under the manufacturers warranties. Most MFG's offer 1 - 5 years on their equipment. In addition to purchases made through Pro-Dent, we will offer an 90 day labour warranty.
- Do you have a warranty on Pre-Owned equipment?
Warranty on pre-owned equipment vary on the equipment, please request this information from your representative at time of purchase.
